What we collect
- Your email address, only if you join our list using the form on this website.
- Messages you send us by WhatsApp, phone or email, so we can reply.
- Age confirmation. When you confirm you are over 18, your browser remembers this for 30 days on your own device. We do not receive or store it.
This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
Why we use it
We use your email address to send you specials, sales, products and event news from Higher Times, and for nothing else. We rely on your consent, which you give by submitting the form.
Who it is shared with
We do not sell your information. Sign-ups are stored in Google Forms and Google Sheets, and this website is delivered through Cloudflare. These providers process information on our behalf and may do so on servers outside South Africa. We take reasonable steps to make sure your information stays protected.
How long we keep it
We keep your email address until you ask us to remove it.
Your rights
You can ask us to show you what we hold about you, correct it or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent at any time. To unsubscribe, reply “stop” to any message or email highertimes@highertimes.co.za. We will act on your request promptly.
If you believe we have mishandled your information, you can complain to the Information Regulator of South Africa at inforegulator.org.za.

Our products and this website are for adults aged 18 and over. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18.
